Sales Order Terms & Conditions

Order Acknowledgment Terms – Rocket-Fibers, LLC

1. Acceptance
   This Sales Order is considered accepted upon written confirmation or upon commencement of production. Any modifications must be agreed to in writing by Rocket-Fibers.

2. Lead Times & Delivery
   Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Rocket-Fibers is not liable for delays beyond its control, including delays from third-party processors or carriers.

3. Payment Terms
   Payment terms are as agreed upon at the time of order. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

4. Order Cancellation or Changes
   Orders may not be canceled or modified once production has begun without written consent. Cancellation fees may apply.

5. Returns & Claims
   All claims for shortages or defects must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

6. Product Suitability
   Buyer is responsible for determining product suitability for their application. Rocket-Fibers provides no warranty beyond conformance to stated specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Rocket-Fibers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

8. Force Majeure
   Rocket-Fibers is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, or natural disasters.

9. Export Compliance
   Buyer agrees to comply with all U.S. export laws and regulations when applicable.

10. Governing Law
    This transaction is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
