Chopped Fibers

High-performance fibers engineered for demanding applications where strength, thermal stability, weight reduction, and long-term durability are critical. Rocket-Fibers offers a range of advanced materials including aramid, UHMWPE, liquid crystal polymer (LCP), carbon, and PBI fibers for composites, textiles, and engineered systems.

Aramid Fibers

High strength with excellent cut, thermal, and chemical resistance across a wide range of environments.

Includes Kevlar®, Technora®, and Nomex® for protective textiles, industrial applications, and high-temperature systems.

UHMWPE (Dyneema® / Spectra®)

Extremely high strength-to-weight ratio with low elongation and excellent moisture, UV, and abrasion resistance.

Ideal for lightweight, high-strength applications including ropes, reinforcement, and load-bearing systems.

Carbon Fiber

High modulus and rigidity with exceptional stiffness-to-weight performance.

Widely used in composite reinforcement and structural applications requiring dimensional stability and strength.

LCP Fibers (Vectran™)

High strength with low creep, good abrasion resistance, and zero moisture regain.

Ideal for dimensionally stable applications requiring long-term load retention and environmental resistance.

PBI Fiber

Exceptional thermal stability with continuous use capability in extreme heat environments.

Used in high-temperature protective apparel and extreme thermal applications.

Aramid fibers are commonly selected for applications requiring strength and heat resistance, while UHMWPE fibers are used where weight reduction and high strength are critical. Carbon fiber provides stiffness and structural reinforcement, while LCP fibers such as Vectran™ offer low creep and dimensional stability in demanding environments.

PBI fiber is reserved for the most extreme thermal environments, offering unmatched heat resistance where traditional high-performance fibers reach their limits.
